Enrobing Machines

The Enrobing Machine with a belt width of 220 mm and 320 mm are movable and suitable for all enrobing jobs. They have a capacity of approximately 20 Kg or 30 Kg of chocolate, which can be extended to a total of approximately 60 Kg or 90 Kg dissolved chocolate by means of two under-mounted, heated troughs.
Pastries of all kinds and cakes up to a height of approximately 12 cm, as well as cream cheese and dates can be enrobed with chocolate coating, fudge, sugar icing or glaze.

The Cooling Tunnel is a separate unit and its band width conforms to the Enrober.
